Before our official grand launch, we are opening our gates to a select few. From 11th July 2026 to 30th November 2026, we are offering just nine exclusive guest rooms for an intimate preview stay. Whether you are seeking a peaceful luxury getaway or scouting a spectacular country estate for your future grand event, Uppercourt Manor awaits.

Preview Stay Terms & Conditions

1. Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • Check-In Time: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards. To ensure a magical arrival along our tree-lined driveway during daylight hours, we highly recommend arriving before dusk. Late arrivals past 21:00 (9:00 PM) must be arranged with our reservations team in advance.
  • Check-Out Time: By 12.00 noon on your morning of departure. This allows our housekeeping team to meticulously prepare our historic rooms for the next arriving preview guests.

2. Booking Deposit & Payments

  • Booking Deposit: To confirm your preview stay, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation layout is required at the time of reservation confirmation. The remaining balance is processed upon check-in.
  • Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard American Express).

3. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Enjoy free cancellation and a full deposit refund up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations, date amendments, or “no-shows” made within 7 days of the arrival date will forfeit the 50% deposit.

4. Evening Dining Reservations

  • Advance Booking: To guarantee fresh, estate-inspired preparation, evening meals at our 20-seat grand table must be reserved or amended a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Dinner is priced at €65.00 per person
  • Dietary Requirements: Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

5. Protected Heritage Site & Ongoing Restoration

  • Active Project: Uppercourt Estate is a protected heritage site under active historical restoration. By booking a preview stay, guests acknowledge that final cosmetic and structural work is ongoing at the on-site church and Sanctuary Wing.
  • Safety & Access: For guest safety, active construction boundaries are strictly off-limits. Guests are requested to follow all on-site directional signage.

6. House Rules & Etiquette

  • Dining Dress Code: To complement the 18th-century elegance of our shared dining room, our evening dress code is smart casual.
  • Smoke-Free Policy: To protect our 18th-century architectural fabrics and woodwork, Uppercourt Manor operates a strict 100% smoke-free and vape-free policy indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the building.
  • Pet Policy: Due to the historic nature of our fabrics and active estate grounds, we are unable to accommodate pets during this preview phase (registered service animals excluded).
